My Thoughts
First, I have not been taking this product but for only a little over a week now so in all honesty I feel like that is not enough time to really know if this actually works for anything other than energy so my review is just based on the increased energy that it claims to give you.
I first started taking this products a little over a week ago. Before then I have been really sluggish and just not having any energy at all. I do have medical conditions that prevent me from having a lot of energy so it takes a lot to give me a boost. I have tried a lot of things claiming to help me lose weight and all of them claiming to give me more energy. Some have worked but had me crashing like a hot air balloon a few hours later. However, this one has been different. It gives me a good energy boost that continues a few hours after taking your first two pills but slowly descends after a few hours without the sudden crash and burn like so many other products. In that right, this product does truly work and works really well.
As far as helping to lose weight. I have not saw any signs of me losing any weight or inches in my clothes. As I stated before I don't feel I have taken this product long enough to even see any results like that if this product does in fact work. I have also not saw or felt a change in my metabolism but then again I wouldn't know what to look for anyway.
All in all I like this product for the helpful energy boost that it gives me so by that alone I can see it helping to lose a little weight but who knows. I am going to continue taking it and will update once finished with the bottle.
