My Thoughts
Being from the south we love a good fish/seafood fry with some amazing sides and hush puppies. When I can't make my own batter for the food I do have a go to that I like to use but this one has now replaced that one. This mix is amazingly good with just the right amount of seasoning that didn't over power the fish or seafood at all but just married with it perfectly. The hush puppy mix was delish as well. I ended up dividing the mix up and making two different kinds to try it just the normal way and then adding a good beer into the other and I gotta say the beer made it way better. Add in some fresh onion and we had a good ol' fish fry as everyone wanted the recipe for the batter and hush puppies. I would say this batter and hush puppy mix was a huge hit.
