My Thoughts
This is a great pastry cutter. It fits nicely in the hand and really allows the person to cut butter or other fats into the flour to make a nice bread dough. I also like to use this to mash up or chop up cooked veggies as it does a great job for that too. All in all I really like this took and it's been a great addition to my kitchen.
