Welcome to another Krystal's Friday Favorites. I am so glad that you could stop by and check out what is on my favorites list this week.
This week I decided it was time for me to feature one of my favorite games "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask", especially since it just came out in 3D for the 3DS. I have been playing it none stop and really can't get enough of it.
So, if you are a gamer like me or just love to play every now and again, have a seat, pour you a glass of wine and keep reading.
Three days to save the world
In three days, the moon will fall and the land of Termina will meet with a terrible fate. Can you save it in time? The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D is a remastered and enhanced version of the Nintendo classic that’s unlike any other Legend of Zelda adventure. In this shadowy tale, a masked Skull Kid drags Link into the world of Termina, where the moon is falling from the sky. Lucky for Termina, Link can reverse time and relive his last 72 hours in limitless ways. Each time, he’ll don any of his 20+ masks, help different citizens, battle different bosses, and ultimately change the fate of a world. This is the definitive version of a dark classic.
Thoughts
I haven't played Majora's Mask in a very long time and I had forgotten how amazing and hard this game is but I love it. Actually, I really love all of the Zelda games as I am a huge fan. I didn't get to grow up with games and such because my parents always thought it was a waste of money or I would never play with it anyway. However, when I got older and could afford things for myself I bought my first gaming system and I was hooked. I got into Zelda shortly after when my boyfriend had Zelda for the Wii and I remember I couldn't for the life of me stop playing. I became so immersed in the game and couldn't get enough of the stories and meeting all of the amazing characters in the game. Zelda has always been a game for me that it's easy to get lost in what you are doing and time get away from you. I love games where you can get lost in them. I also love the free roam you have in this and all of the Zelda games. When it comes to the controls they are great and totally easy to learn. The music is amazing and the graphics are beautiful and crisp. I couldn't have asked for a better revamp of a game and love that I can play it in 3D which adds so much more depth to the story.
