{Product Review} Bellemain 12-Cup Nonstick Madeleine Pan #MadeleinePan

Hey everyone!

I am so excited to show you all this great product. All information is located below along with links to the product and, of course, my review. So, let's get into it.

Bellemain 12-Cup Nonstick Madeleine Pan

Bake foolproof French butter cakes and soft cookies with the Bellemain Nonstick Madeleine Pan. Its combination of old-time durability and modern convenience is irresistible ... and so are the sweet treats it creates!

Solid Cast of Strong, Durable Carbon Steel
Commonly seen in extreme-use cookware such as woks, carbon steel is second only to aluminum in heat conductivity, and it's much more resistant to denting and bending than aluminum. So you can expect many years of turning out delicious, evenly baked little cakes for every occasion, from elegant tea parties to after-school snacks.

Nonstick Coating for Better Results
It's the delicate shell-like fluting that makes madeleines so pretty ... and so difficult to get perfect. Traditional madeleine molds required heavy pre-greasing, and still caused quite a few damages when the baker tried to dig the madeleines out of them. But thanks to modern nonstick technology, your madeleines will slide right out of the Bellemain pan.

Easy Clean-Up
The nonstick coating also makes cleaning the Bellemain Nonstick Madeleine Pan practically effortless. No scraping or scouring necessary; it can even go right in the dishwasher.

My Thoughts

I have wanted to make Madeleine's for so long because they look so pretty that I couldn't help myself, so when I got the chance to review this pan I knew I would finally get to and I was not disappointed.

I found my Madeleine recipe and started making my little cakey cookie things. I sprayed the pan with a little coconut oil, because I always spray everything even if it does say nonstick and poured my batter into every little shell making sure not to go over, then popped it into my oven to bake. Once they were a lovely golden brown color I removed them from the oven to cool and before I could do anything they were already wanting to slide out of the pan. I took a plate and seriously they all slide straight out of the pan with no effort what so ever. I couldn't believe it. I mean, usually sometimes it takes a little effort to get something out of a pan but not with this one. They slid out like it was nothing and the best part is nothing was left on the pan. Not one speck of batter or anything. It cleaned up like a dream as if I had never used it.

Now, don't think that was the only thing I cooked in this. I gave it real test because seriously who uses this cute pan just to make Madeleine's. I used to it make cute muffins, which slid right out of the pan. I made cornbread muffins, which sticks to everything and anything it seems but not this pan. No sir! They slid out with no problems and nothing was left on the pan. I couldn't be more happy with this pan. I wish all pans were created this good.
