My Thoughts
I have been taking this vitamin now for about a month and I have to say that I am so happy that I found this one. I really did my homework on multivitamins because I needed to start taking one and this one had everything I wanted and then some. The fact that it is organic, no added sugar and other stuff, and that it is soft on your stomach sealed the deal for me. Like I said, I have been taking this for a month and it has done wonders for me and my health. I feel better, I have more energy and just have a better feeling over all. Even my doctor could see a change in the way I felt. I have a few health problems and this has even helped those too. I started out with the smallest bottle and have already order a larger one because I am going to continue taking these. The only downside to these is that they are huge pills and I do have to cut them in half, however it's not a deal breaker. They also have a strange taste and smell which isn't off putting to me. It's like a spicy kind of smell/taste but nothing horrible. Nothing compared to other multivitamins I have tried to take, where the smell/taste turned me off completely to the point of I couldn't even swallow them. These are fantastic and I recommend them to everyone to just give them a chance.
