My Thoughts

I have wanted to make Madeleine's for so long because they look so pretty that I couldn't help myself, so when I got the chance to review this pan I knew I would finally get to and I was not disappointed.

I found my Madeleine recipe and started making my little cakey cookie things. I sprayed the pan with a little coconut oil, because I always spray everything even if it does say nonstick and poured my batter into every little shell making sure not to go over, then popped it into my oven to bake. Once they were a lovely golden brown color I removed them from the oven to cool and before I could do anything they were already wanting to slide out of the pan. I took a plate and seriously they all slide straight out of the pan with no effort what so ever. I couldn't believe it. I mean, usually sometimes it takes a little effort to get something out of a pan but not with this one. They slid out like it was nothing and the best part is nothing was left on the pan. Not one speck of batter or anything. It cleaned up like a dream as if I had never used it.

Now, don't think that was the only thing I cooked in this. I gave it real test because seriously who uses this cute pan just to make Madeleine's. I used to it make cute muffins, which slid right out of the pan. I made cornbread muffins, which sticks to everything and anything it seems but not this pan. No sir! They slid out with no problems and nothing was left on the pan. I couldn't be more happy with this pan. I wish all pans were created this good.

My Thoughts

This is an amazing idea and I am so surprised that other people haven't thought about it sooner.

With each arrangement you get everything you need to make beautiful arrangements and flowers for any occasion such as weddings, dinner parties, you name it. And the arrangements that they have are absolutely beautiful. But that isn't all they do, they also have where you can buy individual types of flowers and you can change up any design they have and add in your own personal touch. I mean, how amazing is that.

My Thoughts

I really love things like sugar scrubs and salt scrubs because I usually have dry flaky skin that I can't seem to get rid of but then I use a salt or sugar scrub and it's gets all the dead skin off and I instantly feel better. This one was not a disappointment and it is great to find one gentle enough to use on my face because my cheeks get super dry and it's hard to exfoliate for me but this worked great. It made my face feel so smooth and soft and really removed the dead skin. I couldn't believe how great it worked for something so simple. This product also has a great smell when using it too which I loved. I also love the fact it came from the dead sea because I know that the minerals and stuff in the salt really helped my skin too. I do want to mention that this scrub is awesome for face but also for the body too because I used it on my shoulders and it worked just as good as it did on my face. Just an all around awesome product that I really like.

Soap Nuts Liquid Laundry Detergent

They are the fruit of the Chinese Soap Berry Tree. These amazing berries are harvested and then dried in the sun. No chemicals of any kind are added. We only sell Sapindus Mukorossi soap as this is the species that are the largest and have the highest saponin content of any other species.  Laundry detergent with toxic chemicals and carcinogens is replaced with something all natural and totally organic.

The shell contains a natural soap called saponin. It has cleaning abilities equal to toxic chemical detergents. Soap berries are extremely hypo-allergenic and can be used by people who are allergic to all other detergents. They are completely green and don't pollute our planet.

What are Soap Nuts?

Okay, so I have heard of Soap Nuts before and it is actually a natural soap called saponin and it actually comes from the Soap Berries shell, which look like nuts therefore the name Soap Nuts. The saponin is then combined with water and it becomes soap that is 100% non toxic and a little bit goes a long long way. We are talking a tiny 8oz bottle will do 120 loads of laundry. Now tell me that isn't something you wouldn't want to try. lol It also is said to make your clothes softer than using fabric softer and it's hypoallergenic. So it is safe to use with small children and anyone with allergies. It's also known as a green product as it has a net negative carbon footprint.

My Thoughts

I have wanted to try Soap Nuts for a long while because I am all about green living and trying to cut back my carbon footprint. But I am also about using natural products because not only are they better for the environment but they are better for us and our health.

Upon trying this liquid soap I was pleasantly surprised with it's cleaning power and how well it made everything look. My clothes didn't look faded like they sometimes can after washing. They looked clean and vibrant. I did a variety of different loads from not so dirty things such as bath towels and such to pretty dirty and stinky like sweaty dirty stinky clothes and each time they came out of the wash smelling great and looking better. I also decided to not use my normal fabric softer to see if they did come out softer than using it and while I love my big fluffy towels it didn't do a bad job. They were soft and fluffy but not to the level I want them at, so I won't hold it against the product.

Over all the product delivered the clean and then some. I was very impressed and really loved how everything came out.

I have also learned that this can also be used for a few other things such as cleaning windows and other things so I think I am going to try it out in other places of the house because a multipurpose product is always something very great to have around the house.

I have always wanted to try this soup by Campbell's because first it sounded really good and second I trusted Campbell's to be really good. Or so I thought. Well, I can never find any of it in my area so I took a chance and got more than what I needed from Amazon and well keep reading to find out what I thought about it.

My Thoughts

Don't be fooled by the delicious picture on the package. It doesn't look anything like that. I honestly can't tell you just how bad this soup was. I mean, I wasn't expecting honest to goodness chicken curry or anything like that but I was expecting it to be edible and this was far from edible. It was down right disgusting. The flavor was horrible because it all tasted like clove and nothing else. There were no other flavors what so ever. The clove flavor took over everything and it was just really bad. I even thought that maybe it was just the one I was eating but when I went to try it a second time it was the same thing. I couldn't taste any of the vegetables, none of the chicken and if there was anything to do with coconut in this I didn't taste anything other than the clove taste and even know I am not sure that is what I was tasting but clove is the only thing I can think of that comes close to the taste. If you want coconut curry, make your own but whatever you do, do not buy this disgusting mess. Oh, and did I mention how greasy this stuff was. Yeah, it was pretty bad and I am highly disappointed. Do not buy this product!

This gets no stars!

My Thoughts

I have been taking this vitamin now for about a month and I have to say that I am so happy that I found this one. I really did my homework on multivitamins because I needed to start taking one and this one had everything I wanted and then some. The fact that it is organic, no added sugar and other stuff, and that it is soft on your stomach sealed the deal for me. Like I said, I have been taking this for a month and it has done wonders for me and my health. I feel better, I have more energy and just have a better feeling over all. Even my doctor could see a change in the way I felt. I have a few health problems and this has even helped those too. I started out with the smallest bottle and have already order a larger one because I am going to continue taking these. The only downside to these is that they are huge pills and I do have to cut them in half, however it's not a deal breaker. They also have a strange taste and smell which isn't off putting to me. It's like a spicy kind of smell/taste but nothing horrible. Nothing compared to other multivitamins I have tried to take, where the smell/taste turned me off completely to the point of I couldn't even swallow them. These are fantastic and I recommend them to everyone to just give them a chance.

My Thoughts

I have wanted to learn a new language for a very long time but never found a system that I actually wanted to use. So, getting the chance to try out the Pimsleur Approach sounded perfect. It was super easy to use and I was able to copy the cds onto my iPod and android phone with no problems that way I could go through each lesson no matter where I was or what I was doing. I could listen to them on my way to work, while I was working out, or even just relaxing outside. I didn't have to stay in front of a computer looking at different things like some systems have you to do.

I really enjoy this method and have really started to learn how to speak French. It started out with the basics and the fact that you can go over the different parts over and over has really helped me in sounding out the different parts and really getting the feel for the language. With a little more practice I think I could carry on a conversation very well in French and about a month ago I couldn't even say a full sentence in French.

I would say that is a great system for anyone willing to put in the time to learn a new language and someone who is always on the go because it is so easy to take with you. With this system there are no more excuses for not learning a new language. After I learn French, I think I will try my hand at Korean.

My Thoughts

It might be for kids but I love this stuff. This is some of the best apple sauce I have had and I love the fact that I can throw this in my bag and always have something good to with me for a snack or when I start to feel a little bad due to my blood sugar being low. I also like that these aren't as big servings and some of the other brands. For me, it's the perfect size for a quick little snack on the go or until I can get some real food. But these taste great and it's not packed with tons of cinnamon like others are and it's 100% apples and cinnamon. Nothing else added to it. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Also, what makes this extra special is the fact that this apple sauce comes in a variety of different flavors from cherry apple, strawberry apple, to just plain apple. All with no additives and 100% fruit. And let me say that I have had the strawberry apple and it is delish also. It's hard to not like any of them, actually because they are all so good.

Brevin's Solid Gold Fudge: Cookies & Cream

My Thoughts

This is the third fudge that I got from Brevin's and so far this one is up there with my favorites. It had a smooth rich consistency just like the other fudges and tasted just as good. The white chocolate fudge is rich and creamy with Oreo cookies mixed all through it. Seriously, I love Cookies and Cream everything and this fudge is the best I have had. So many are just so overly sweet and grainy but not this one. It's not hurt your teeth sweet and it's full of cookie goodness. Just an all around great fudge!

With all of that said there is only one thing I would change about this fudge and it's not that big of a deal and it's only my personal preference but I would add more cookie goodness to it. I could have used more cookies in the one I had but then again for other people it would be perfect. :)

My Thoughts
I have very oily skin to the point of I will wash my face and do all the other face stuff and within an hour I am a complete oil slick. I am always looking for products that help me control the oiliness and not dry my skin out in the process. That is when I found Dark Angels. Dark Angels works amazing with my oily skin and doesn't dry it out. It scrubs off all of the old dead skin and breaks down the oiliness that seems to collect in my T-zone and washes it away leaving my skin clean, soft, and smooth. It also leaves it feeling very hydrated and not oily at all. My Thoughts

Every product I have used by Adovia I have loved and this eye gel cream is no different. It glides onto the skin and soaks in quickly. There isn't a sticky residue or anything like that left on the skin nor is there a greasy feeling. It leaves the skin around your eyes softer, smoother, and hydrated better than a lot of other eye creams. In my book this one is up at the top with some of the best eye creams on the market. Also, because I don't get a lot of sleep I have a problem with dark circles and puffiness, which this cream seems to have taken care of. It has reduced the color of the dark circles. I have also noticed that since I have been using this over the past two weeks that my eye shadow looks much better and even goes on better. My eyes are brighter and just all around looks better. I also used it under my makeup in the morning and my make up went on with no problems and looked great. So this is one eye cream you can use in the morning, at night, or if you are like me, both.

The only problem I had with this eye cream is that I am someone who has really sensitive eyes, everything I use makes my eyes water and this eye cream was no exception. I don't blame the eye cream but people who have sensitive eyes might have a sensitivity to this one as well. It only makes my eyes water like crazy but just like with any other eye cream it's better to use a little than a lot.

Besides it making my eyes water it still did everything Adovia said it would do and then some. It works great and I get compliments all the time about how great my skin looks, my eyes look, and what kind of products I use.

My Thoughts

First, I want to apologize for the poor pictures. I had pictures of both this fudge and the next one that I will be reviewing but my camera's memory card failed and I have lost all of my pictures that were on it. So, I do apologize for that. I did manage to find a picture of the packaging and a picture of the fudge and it looks exactly like the fudge I had but the picture is not mine, but I promise the review is mine and all mine.

To me, this fudge looked a lot like the peanut butter fudge but as soon as you unwrapped the golden wrapper you could tell that it was lemon because the smell poured out of the packaging. It smelled soo good and tasted even better.

I love lemon treats so much out of every other flavor. I mean seriously, I will pick lemon over everything. Well, almost everything. I mean I do love my strawberry too but for the most part lemon wins out in the end. So, when I saw they had a lemon cheesecake fudge I was all over it. And I was not disappointed.
Because I love lemon so much, I have tried a lot, and I mean a lot, of lemon flavored treats. Some were good and some were, well, not so good. I can be very snobby when it comes to my lemon. I want it to taste real but not be over powering. I want just a hint of sweetness and that yummy tanginess that you can only get from a nice fresh lemon.

Now, let me tell you, this fudge had all of that. It had that tanginess of the lemon that you knew it was fresh and that hint of sweetness that made it oh so good and then the cheesecake that just set everything off. It was delicious! With everything together though, it's kind of funny because it honestly tasted like a lemon ice box pie which was fine with me because I love that stuff too. Honestly, if you enjoy lemon treats you are in for an amazing treat because this fudge is in my top favorite. I am literally going to have to buy more because it did not last long in my house at all. It was that good. And if you don't believe me then go and buy you some for yourself. I promise that you will not regret it.

My Thoughts

I loved these. I don't use regular ice very much in my drinks because I hate it when they get watered down but I gave these a try and I really loved them. They took forever to melt and so my drink didn't get watered down like it would have with regular ice. When it came to getting the ice out of the molds, I thought it was easy as pie. I mean, with anything like this I always put it under warm water for a few seconds, just to make sure everything is lose, and sure enough it opened right up no problem.

I can see these being filled with fresh fruit before putting in the water and freezing them to float in a punch bowl or even maybe using them for awesome ice cream balls, or even jello molds. The possibilities are endless for these molds, which are great.

My Thoughts

I noticed that I could use this on scars and for dandruff so I decided to see if it would actually work the way it said that it would. I have been not only using it on a few of my scars but also for dandruff. I started using it first on the worst of my scars the one I have on my lower right leg. I had a compound factor of the right leg over 10 years ago and it caused a huge scare. I have tried everything to try and diminish the look of it or at least make it softer looking. Nothing really worked the way I wanted until this stuff. I have been using it for a few weeks now, everyday when I get out of the shower I use some on the scar. It absorbs nicely into the skin and before the scar has a tight scabby feeling to it where the skin was dry and flaky. Now the skin in much smoother and the flakiness has been diminished. It doesn't feel as tight and actually feels much better to the touch. As far as the way it looks. It looks much better. I am a very pale person and red spots look 10 times more red on pale skin and the scar had a lot of redness to it. It seems like a lot of it has gone away since starting to use the rosehip oil. I am most definitely going to keep using it for my scars.

When it came to the dandruff I didn't like it as well but it was my own not liking. It worked well at treating the dandruff and I could tell it was working but I hated putting it into my hair. My hair is very oily but my scalp stays dry. It's a horrible combination and I have to be careful of products I use because of this. The rosehip oil will work great for a lot of people who don't have to worry about hair like mine but every time I used the oil it made my hair look greasy and oily like I hadn't washed it in weeks. Which, is normal for a lot of hair products that my hair doesn't like. While it does work and really helped stop the dandruff, my hair hated it and it really made it look horrible. However, it's one of those things that as long as you wash it out every morning before beginning your day, it honestly isn't that big of a deal. It does work and that's what matters.
