My Thoughts
When I received this water I wasn't sure what to expect. I've tried a lot of different types of water and I have to be honest, I am pretty picky and I can tell a change in taste and other things when it comes to my water.
This one is very unique to say the least. I've never heard about hydrogen rich water, however I have heard about hydrogen therapy for the skin, which is wonderful and does so many wonderful things for the skin and body. So, getting to try this hydrogen rich water was exciting and something I was very interested in trying for myself.
First, I really like the packaging. It reminds me of Capri sun drinks and is something that is fun for us adults. I find that they are easy to open and even easier to drink.
The benefits of this water are felt as soon as you start to drink it. It does have a very different taste than normal water but it is not unpleasant at all. In face it is quite tasty and I find that after a few sips that I don't even realize the taste. It is fresh and crisp tasting along with making me feel really good. I feel nice and almost energized after drinking this water, especially before and during a workout. I've also been drinking it pretty reliquary and I find that my skin is becoming much more hydrated, which I am very happy about because I had some very dry skin. Other than that I've not noticed any other changes but I will continue to drink this water a couple of times a day and will update my post if anything else occurs.
