My Thoughts
These spices are amazing! The flavor that is packed into these small jars are not even comparable to the stuff you buy at the grocery store. Also, these spices are considerably more healthy too as they have far less sodium in these than other brands, and did I mention the incredible flavors.
I am in love with the citrus pepper blend as I have been putting it on fish and chicken since I got these spices. The flavor is incredible. It's so much more than just a lemon pepper but with the added orange and lime it gives the food so much more zip and freshness. Then the different peppercorns used are just bursting with flavor and is such unique.
The other flavor I am completely head over heels for is the fresh bay. Here in the south we love to use old bay seasoning on pretty much everything. It is a pantry staple and we put it on everything. This fresh bay has quickly become my favorite for fish and for veggies. It is filled with fresh flavor and is delicious to say the least.
These are by far the best spices that I have used in a very long time. They taste as if I have put them together myself from fresh spices that I dried myself. These spices are great and I can't wait to try all of the other blends from this company. They are top quality and so delicious.
