This is a beautiful olive oil that I have been enjoying so much in dressings and even marinades. It has a very light flavor so it allows your additives to really shine through and is just wonderful. When it comes to my marinades it keeps the meat so moist and delicious and I don't feel bad when using it because olive oil is great for the body. This olive oil is also amazing mixed with italian herbs and then dipped in a lovely piece of bread. It is simply beautiful and full of flavor. It's a beautiful extra virgin olive oil. I love this and it's just delish.
