My Thoughts
I have no idea what happened to the DVD/CD player on my computer but it died at some point and I've been needing a new one for a while. I already knew that I wanted an external one because they are way more convenient to have than trying to replace the one on my laptop. This one is just what I have been needing and wanting. It hooks directly to my computer and starts with no problems. I put in the disk and it automatically uses the software on my computer and starts playing with me having to do nothing. Couldn't be more happy about that. I didn't have to install anything but just plug and play. Simple and easy. Couldn't have asked for a better CD/DVD player and works just as I want it to. Now I can watch movies again on my computer. Very happy.
