My Thoughts

It is something that millions of people go and have done daily and now you can do it easily in your own home with this pretty awesome kit.
I have to admit that when I do it at home I use small round cups used for candles because they are easy to find and come in multiple sizes.
This kit comes with four cups and a carrying bag to keep the cups in. They are made out of high grade silicone and are easy to use and even easier to clean and sanitize.
Now, when I do cupping at home I use glass cups that require you to light and alcohol soaked cotton ball and rub it inside the glass to create a vacuum onto the skin. I will admit that this can be dangerous, especially if people have no idea what they are doing. Using this kit, however doesn't require anything extra as you press on the silicon cup to create the suction to stick to the skin. Allow it to stay on the skin for a small period of time and does just as well as the traditional way of cupping but now is much more "mess" free and much easier to perform at home or even when you are traveling.
Cupping is something that has so many health benefits that never hurts to try out, especially when you have tried so many other things. Cupping helps with circulation and also doesn't hurt like many thing it does. It is relaxing and with this set it is even more relaxing. Great set for the price and for the convenience.
