My Thoughts
I have to tell you right now that I have not met a melon baller or a watermelon slicer that I have not liked. Honestly, they are all made the same way, some do have a better grip on them, like this one, along with a protective coating to help hold the slicer better along with making it more comfortable to hold, like this one, and those are a little better than the ones that don't have this.
This melon slicer does a great job in slicing the watermelon and also serving it up. I also love using these with other melons as well because it works just as good with them and makes cutting and serving so much easier.
The melon baller is a great addition to this watermelon slicer. Mine came in perfect condition and works great making those cute little balls of juicy melon. I love taking leftover melon balls and freezing them to later put into tea, mixed drinks, and even to add some great flavor to water. Perfect for summer.
All in all I would have to give this total package a big thumbs up because everything works as promised and to me, is a great product to have for all of those summer get togethers.
