My Thoughts
This is a great muffin pan and nothing sticks to it. I've used it for so many things from making muffins and cupcakes to mini cheesecakes and mini omelets. Even though it's silicone I do spray it with a little bit of coconut oil and everything slides right out. It also cleans right up with nothing left in the pan. I can't wait to use it for more stuff. Great pan.
