My Thoughts
First, I love that this is an all natural way to shed water weight that we all tend to carry around at some point or another or for one reason or another. I have always carried around water weight for as long as I can remember and sometimes it can be quite bad as it will make me swell and just feel horrible. I've used Lasix for years because of this so it was nice to change things up and see if a more natural approach would work and maybe work better. I stopped taking my Lasix for two week and tried out this more natural diuretic. I have to say that it did take a few days to kick in and start working for me. Not sure why but when it did start working it worked just like the Lasix does for me and nothing changed as far as going to the bathroom and how often I would go. While it did work, I am not sure I would want to use this all of the time because for me the pills are quite hard to swallow because they are pretty big compared to a small Lasix pill. Also, this needs to be taken twice a day, while my Lasix is only once a day. This would be more suited for someone who doesn't keep the water weight very often and would just need to use it for a week or so and then stop using it. I wouldn't use this as a permanent thing.
