My Thoughts
It can be the dead of winter and a nice cold pillow is the best feeling in the world to me, except pillows don't stay cold and honestly that sucks. With this gel mat I can put it in the freezer and then place it in my pillow and it feels amazing. It's winter right now and I am loving it so I can only imagine how much I will love it during the summer. Not only do I put this in my pillow but I also will lay on it and it feels really good on the back and even on the stomach. It's just something awesome to have for many different reasons.
