What a great set of knives. I love the weight of them and the way they fit into your hand when you use them. They are super sharp and cut through anything I've thrown at them. I also like how handsomely packaged they are as you can give them as a gift, as is or do what I do and keep them stored away in the box until you are ready to use them.
