My Thoughts
When I was a little girl I would love to go into my moms room and play with all of her beautiful makeup and jewelry; pretending I was a princess or a mommy myself. However, I would always get into trouble afterwards because lets face it, I was a kid and I would ruin some of her makeup doing this, but not only that but I was too young to be wearing makeup. So my mom would always buy me pretend makeup for my very own, which I loved because all I wanted to do was to be like mommy. Well, things have not changed from when I was a kid to now, because little girls still want to be like their mommies and they still want to play dress up while playing in all the beautiful colors of makeup. However, this set lets the play pretend but doesn't let them get makeup every where. This is a great pretend play-set because the makeup itself actually looks and feels like it would be real makeup. It's not just a hard colored piece of plastic but actually a thick sponge like substance that feel like you are pressing down into a pan of eye-shadow with your finger but yet when you pull your finger away nothing is there. This is a great set for the little girls in your life that love to play and imagine but you don't have to worry about the mess and stickiness of real makeup. I know my little cousin is going to flip over this when she gets it for Christmas.
