My Thoughts
These are great cutting boards. They are nice and sturdy so I don't have to worry about them moving around when I am cutting up something heavy. They also clean up very nicely and I am not worried about germs or anything growing on them. I also love that I get two instead of just one because the smaller one comes in handy for the smaller stuff and I actually find I use it more than the bigger one. Both cutting boards are perfectly smooth so no worries about splinters or anything else. You can also use these boards for entertaining as well. They both would make great cheese boards and serving boards, as they both have groves around the edge to catch any liquid that might come from the food. That comes in handy when cutting cooked meat or even things that can be very wet and messy like cantaloupes and watermelon. These are very well constructed and just great cutting boards. Love them.
