My Thoughts
This is not only a great veggie peeler but it's also the best tool I have used to Julienne veggies too. Both sides are super sharp and glides through the food with ease. It's also really comfortable to hold and use. It comes with a handy dandy brush that makes this super easy to clean when you are done peeling and julienne your food. I love using this to do my carrots when I am making stir fries or even when I am making spring rolls. It's just a great peeler/julienne tool.
