My Thoughts
I started taking this product about three weeks ago and have been taking it everyday but I can't say if it is working or not. I have not noticed any changes to my bathroom habits nor have I noticed any other changes. The packaging says that it helps to support urinary tract health and function so that is pretty much what it is doing. I'm going to say that this is a good product because I have not noticed anything going wrong in these areas or any other areas of my body so I'm guessing it is doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing. I would say that if you wanted to start taking something that would keep you functioning correctly then this would be a good supplement to start taking.
