My Thoughts
These vinegars are fantastic and completely unlike anything I have ever used or tasted for that matter. I received the Blood Orange and White Peach as my samples. Since peaches are in season now I ended up making a marinated grilled peach chicken with a peach salsa, and I know what you are thinking but it turned out beautiful. I used the peach vinegar in the marinade and the chicken took on the flavors so well and the peach was delicious. I couldn't believe how good it was. I then used the Blood Orange vinegar as a vinaigrette on a grilled salmon salad and it complimented everything beautifully. The fruit really shines through with the acidity of the vinegar and compliments the food very well. The flavors are unique and just a great thing. I will be buying more for sure.
