I apologize for the quality of the photos because when I got my case I had to take the pictures with a not so great camera phone. However, I can personally say that the quality of the case is exceptional and it's super easy to put on as it just snaps into place. I have had it on my iPhone for about a month and while there are a few small scratches here and there they are just normal wear and tear. Honestly, this case has lasted longer than some of the other ones I have had. Also, the picture is rich and photo quality, it doesn't look cheap or anything. It's looks great!

How's everyone doing today? Me? Well, I am doing pretty darn good. I gotta say that the last week has been pretty tough and my family has been going through some rough stuff and we are slowly starting to get back into the rhythm of things.

Nothing to bad but just sometimes you will be doing something and forget that you were supposed to be looking for something else. Why on earth would I want to take a pill to help with memory that probably won't work anyway. Hey, I was right there with ya. Just because there is a pill for it doesn't mean you need it. But I looked into the company and product before I even expressed any interest in trying it out and here is what I found out about Prevagen.

Also, I want to point out something, and all other companies take note!

Do you see that? Do you see the peel tab that is on this bottle. Yeah, that small little thing is the best thing ever! Seriously, everyone has tried to open a pill bottle before and trying to get through that safety seal is just the worst thing. I mean, seriously I need a light-saber to get through most of them. This one was perfect though. A child wouldn't be able to open it but an adult can with a little elbow grease and it pulls right off. Seriously, every single bottle should have the little grip pull thing.

My Review

I started taking this product as soon as I received it because I wanted to make sure to give it plenty of time to work and then I wanted to stop taking it so that I could see if there were any changes in my memory that maybe I didn't pick up on until after I stopped taking it.

Well, the results are in. There were actually noticeable changes in my memory when I was taking Prevagen. My mind was clearer and sharper. I was able to remember things much better than before and after taking Prevagen and I even felt better. Even everyone around me noticed an improvement in my memory because I wasn't spacing off as much and could easily get things done faster and better. It was as if a fog had been lifted and I could actually retain and remember information.

All in all, I think this product is actually true to it's claims. It does help to improve a person's memory and even gives a person a clearer way of thinking. I would definitely continue taking this product.

{Yummies} Starbucks Pumpkin Pound Cake

Hey everyone!

How ya'll doing? Well, I am happy, happy, happy for it to finally be fall. All of the leaves are changing and the fall spices are coming out to say hello. I couldn't be more happy. Except for maybe when I made this recipe I am going to share with all of you.

Now, I found this recipe a while back and honestly I can't for the life of me remember where I found it, probably on Pinterest as I am a Pinterest addict, but I saw it and I knew I had to make it.

Anyone who knows me knows how much Starbucks and I are bffs and how much I love all of their stuff. However, I am doing all I can to try and cut back on my sweets because I am trying to lose weight. So, that is why I am loving this version of Starbucks Pumpkin Pound Cake so much better than the original.

So enough gabbing and on with the cooking.

Starbucks Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Fat Free VanillaYogurt
3 Egg Whites
1 c. Canned Pumpkin

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a loaf pan, set aside.
• Sift the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and nutmeg, into a mixing bowl. Set aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, yogurt, and egg whites. Whisk thoroughly until blended. Stir in the pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Stir until completely incorporated.
• Pour into pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
• Let cool on a wire rack. Makes 8 serving.
• Add a powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese frosting if desired :)

Now, I did tweak mine when I made it because I wanted a little more spice so instead of using each of the spices I used pumpkin pie spice and then added a bit more Cinnamon. I also used 3 whole eggs instead of just the whites because in my house we use the whole eggs and not just one or the other because usually it would be wasted and I hate wasting stuff. Other than that I followed the directions and I have to say this beat out the original by miles. It was so light and fluffy. It was pure heaven. Oh, and I did cheat a bit. :D I made up a simple sugar glaze of powdered sugar and milk but added a bit of pumpkin pie spice and a dash of Cinnamon to it. Seriously though, the cake doesn't need it but the glaze just pushed the cake right over the edge of goodness.

This cake is also just glorious the next day and keeps extremely well even a few days after that wrapped tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. It didn't become hard but kept its moist fluffy texture.

So, there you have it. A slightly better for you Starbucks Pumpkin Pound Cake.

All in all this card was super simple to use and I could use it anywhere that accepted Visa.
