My Thoughts
Okay, I've used a few of these foot pads because I've always been curious about how they work and if they work. Well, after using some of these, I still find myself asking the same questions. lol Honestly, I can't tell you if these work or not. I didn't notice any difference in my pain level or how I felt. So, who knows. I do know that they were one color going on my feet and came off another dark black color. What that means, no idea. Did it pull toxins out of my body? No idea. But I'd like to think they did something. I had to get used to them being on my feet though so that took me a night or two. I also found that they didn't really want to stay stuck to my feet no matter how much I cleaned and scrubbed them before hand. They also left a sticky residue on my feet too and it was hard to get off. So, do these work? No idea, like I said I didn't notice a difference in my mood, body pain, or anything else. I've used them a few more times and still not noticed any change. But who knows, they might be and I just can't tell. lol
