My Thoughts

Okay, so first off the recipes in this cookbook are awesome. I've already made a good handful of them and while a few I had to tweek to more of my style and taste they have turned out perfect and delicious. I love the way this cookbook is layed out and how easy it is to follow. I also love the variety of recipes in this book that caters to all different types and flavors as to keep you interested and not bored after the third and forth day, as some cookbooks have been. I am so happy to have come across this book and gave it a chance. I know this is one low carb cookbook that I will continue to cook from for a long time to come. Love it!
