My Thoughts
I am going to have a fun time cooking with these amazing spices that I just got from Raw Spice Bar because one of the spice blends is garam masala. It smells incredible and I can't wait to use it in butter chicken and masala chicken. The other spice I received is what they call unpumpkin pie spice and it has an unusual ingredient of black peppercorns but in all honesty it gives it a great taste with the other spices. It's great in pumpkin spice lattes and of course, my favorite, pumpkin spice cake, which I plan to making one in the next week or so, but one that is much healthier. I also love that the spices are freshly ground to order, so you know they are as fresh as can be when you get them. Raw Spice Bar is a favorite for unique and everyday spices.
