My Thoughts
Coffee is great but a nice cup of warm tea on a cold winter morning is my thing and I love it. I have to admit though that mornings aren't my thing but this tea actually really helps. It has a very nice taste with orange, ginger, and other things that make it fruity and spicy which is great on a cold morning. I've also done this in an iced tea and it is good that way too. As for giving you an energy boost I would say that it totally does. It warms me up and puts a spark back into my step. I really like it. I can see drinking this more often and it would help much more. But as for just a tea, it's really good and any tea lover will really like it.
