My Thoughts
I switched from normal flour to almond flour about a year ago and have never looked back. This almond flour is right up there with some of the best and I like that the peeling has been taken off because sometimes I don't want that in my food and it makes it easier to mask what kind of flour you are using when trying to get someone to try something new. This flour tastes great and works amazing in all my baked goods and in all my other foods that I have been using it in. It blends in great and has a great consistency when mixing. I love using this type of flour and this brand is some of the best.
